For me, it is this one, from a 21 year old girl who already regrets her tattoos (80% of all people who get tattoos eventually regret them)
Hi! I am 21 & have my entire back tattooed -Yeah, the whole thing.. I got the first piece done for my 13th birthday. That piece was done by an amateur & ended up scarring horribly. I mean BAD. To this day the 4×4 tribal piece is easily irritated, always puffy & well.. scarred. I was so self conscious about it that I decided to add to it – aiming to take the focus away from the black scar.. So at 15 I added to it… I was involved with the wrong crowd of people at that time in my life & was exposed to heavily tattooed people so it was "no big deal" – Plus, this was a while ago & the removal procedures/theories were fairly new & extremely pricey! To make a long story short by 19 I had most of my back piece done. It is very colorful, containing: black, white, greywash, violets, turquoise, orange, green, red etc.. I am very very serious about removing it but am terrified of the scarring. Not so much the cost but the chance of a bad heal w/ scarring & tattoo traces unable to be removed. I really wish I would have never began this insane body modification as I am now a mature adult with a great corporate job, family responsibilities & the desire to be more feminine I guess – Not such a freakshow. It’s like living two lives with this amount of " permanent art".. Thats just the thing – PERMANENT – Wasnt thinking about that @ 13…I know it sounds dumb & this probably isnt the forum to post my story in but I really want some "real" feedback. We all know that $$ is the name of the game & everyone will try to sell you something – especially when they can take advantage of others in such an emotional desperation oriented way. I was considering this tat be gone – sounds weak though – maybe good on a little tattoo – what about a huge back piece?! Can someone vouch for the credibility of removal on large long lived professional tattoo’s?!

At least that girl did not have a face tattoo. Here’s what will most likely come from Face Tattoos = future suicide. These design choices are so notoriously linked with regret that it has been found the suicide rate for people with face tattoos are much higher than average. Whatever the thinking in getting a face tattoo, the chances of regret are so great that it’s just not worth it. The face is the one area that you can’t really cover up in public and many people underestimate the impact of face ink.
But if face tattoos lead to suicide, doesn’t the same principle apply to other tattoos?
I was very dumb when I was younger & I got the wrong zodiac sign tattooed on me. I know, I know. Spare me the lectures, please, & let me be an example to all you youngsters! PLEASE RESEARCH YOUR DESIGN BEFORE YOU GET IT INKED ON!!! Tattoo responsibly.
All rants aside, I’m now researching tattoo removal processes. I’m trying Wrecking Balm first. I know that many people have said it doesn’t work, but I also question how religiously they used it, & for how long, before they decided it doesn’t work. I’m almost positive this won’t remove my tattoo entirely. The plan is to use the Wrecking Balm for several months, until I fade it enough to get it lasered the rest of the way in one or two treatments.
What do you experts think? I’m a very patient person, so I don’t mind that the removal process may take upwards of a year. And, every time I use the Wrecking Balm on it it reminds me not to be foolish w/ my body modifications.
Edit: Also, I want to make sure that any removal process I choose won’t damage my skin too much. I want to get that same area re-tattoo’d with the correct symbol.

What do you do when an underage family member gets a bad tattoo like this?
Tell her it looks o.k, & let her live to regret it?
Start discussing removal options?
Track down the obvious unskilled (& most likely unlicensed) "artist" and shred him for illegally tattooing that piece of crap on a 16 year old girl?
What?
I mean, I’ve seen 18th century sailors with better work : /
P.s, I am not against tattooing, but support only talented professional artists who would never compromise their careers with a situation like this.
I plan to get one of those creams to fade 3 tattoos. (2 small & one quite large). So when I go get the laser removal, it’s cheaper & more effective. Luckily they are all black. In the research I’ve done so far, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s the best color to fade out. I’m a mother of 2 kids, no longer rebellious & plan to become a teacher in a few years, so I’m trying to fix a few regrets I have. My life has taken a major turn in the last 10 years. I appreciate all of your help & I would hope that no one leaves any rude comments. Thank you.
Thank you Justin~ I called Wrecking Balm earlier today, it’s 9.95. Still cheaper than 1 session @ the doc’s with the laser!
I have 3 stars on my hip bone that I regret, I did about 7 laser treatments, then I got pregnant and stopped them… my tattoo is like gray now, it was black… so I was wondering if anyone out there has tried a tattoo removal cream that worked?! & if so, do you have any pictures? My 1st star is about an inch and a half and the other 2 are smaller… thanks for any help you can give me!
Also, please include prices, and how long it took to fade away completely… thanks

This is a picture of me with my left arm tattoo. The star is approx 2 inches tall and the rest is 1 inch. It almost wraps around my arm. I’ve had it for about 3 years. It’s all black. I’m curious as to different options to get it removed and how much it may cost me? Any help is great
I got a tattoo just yesterday, and it wasn’t quite what I was wanting or expected. The tattoo is on my left shoulder blade. It is supposed of indian blanket flowers, but it kind of failed. I am really wanting to get rid of it as much as possible so that I can get it more easily covered by some other flowers. Any home remedies, good cream removal recommendations, and anything else is highly appreciated! I have a pretty high pain tolerance, so don’t hold back on any of the ideas.
Here’s a picture of it:

I have a tattoo on my ankle that I want to get rid of. Laser surgery is not an option seeing how damn expensive it is.
I have heard a lot about different creams that could be used that slowly fade & eventually remove the tattoo.
Has anybody tired these, do they actually work!?
Do creams work when removing tattoos? I’m trying to join the marines, but my tattoo in the back of my neck is keeping me from doing that. I don’t want to laser it off cause it’s TOO damn EXPENSIVE. How long will it work to start vanishing? Where would I be able to get creams & how much would it cost? The best answer gets 10 points!
I have the outline of the famous "F" in the back of my neck, just outlined.
does anybbody have experience with using tattoo removal creams?
do u know if any of the ones on this website will help?

I have a small tattoo on my wrist! & i have an interview tomorrow & want to cover it up just incase they have a problem with it. Any ideas to cover it up without tattoo cover up cream?
I have this small tattoo of a black moon with little blue stars going through it-about the size of three quarters put together. Its on my shoulder blade & I want to get it removed. What is the cost like? How long is the procedure? If anyone has any experience or knowledge on this, please let me know. Thank you
I have a friend with extensive tattoos and is desparate to have them removed (long story). She cannot afford the thousands of dollars it would cost to have it done, so we’ve looked into buying the equipment. I’ve found a Quazar LD60K laser advertised as for tattoo (& hair) removal that is barely within my price range, but it’s a huge amount of money. Has anyone had any experience with one of these things that could let me know if they really work? Thanks!
