   Tattoos are perminate.
   You could have a tattoo covered over with another tattoo.
   There is laser surgery, but its expensive and painful.

   Ask your local tattoo shop or google search "tattoo removal"

   wrecking bomb is the only cream ive heard of that helps at all other then lazer removal thats about all your options unless you just want to cover it

   well it not a good way to do it at all but it is cheap and effective unless it a huge tat

   burn it out or some well placed really deep cuts
