I need to know if TCA peel is good for removing tattoos, and what are the risks of it leaving scars? I would also like to know what doctor to see about TCA peel. I would like to know if it would be ok to do the treatment myself. What is the cost of seeing a doctor for a treatment, and what is the cost of doing it at home? How long should I wait between treatments? How do i use TCA peel? I would also appreciate any other information you could give me on TCA peel.

I have a small tattoo on the side of my neck behind my ear and I’m trying to find information on the real accuracy of the TCA peel. I’ve looked into laser surgery and also Wrecking Balm, but I’m more interested in the peel. I don’t want to get a cover up tattoo so I’m hoping this will be a better alternative.
Has anyone had a tattoo removed by laser or used TCA??? I have a few tattoos and I’m going to start removing them. I thought about using the TCA before going to get the laser treatment so I could save money. Has anyone had any luck with completely removing them? And what is the average cost per visit? I live in Illinois.
Well I have a 3/4 sleeve that’s been there for 4 years… And quite frankly, I’m tired of looking at it and want my baby skin back haha. Lame! I know! Oh well.

I’ve had a tattoo on my upper chest for about 14 years and have tried the TCA solution method to remove the tattoo. We did the application 4 times and all it did was remove skin where applied and never once touched that tattoo or even faded it. So obviously it was unsuccessful and I didn’t know if there were any other methods to do this with out doing the costly laser surgery? Please help!
Okay my friend has two tats he needs to get rid of asap, he tried one session of laser for 30 seconds, hurted like hell, he’s never doing that again. We were looking into TCA, i’m seeing it everywhere on the net. I even looked here in answers. One person said it did not work for them at all, another said it worked great. The tats are both small, one on the side of the neck, the other on the underside of the wrist. What do you think about TCA and do you know if any doctors do it for tattoo removal other than just a chemical peel?
wow you guys are quick! Anywho, concerning why; that is a long story. but does the fact that they are quite new mean that it will be a lil easier to remove them? oh and its not because he changed his mind about them either.
okay i see that laser treatment is the only way to go. Do they give a good anesthesia and how long do you guys think it will take to remove them completely?

I’ve seen several online: TCA, Dermasal, Tat 2 Be Gone, Tat B Gone and Wrecking Balm. A few of my tats are 20 years old, will the ink they used then fade with one of these creams/ointments? Back in the day, my tattooist told me the ink they used to use could turn black with laser removal, but if I have that kind of ink, how will it fare with one of these options?
i just bought a 2 oz. bottle of TCA cream for tattoo removal from INKBUSTERS.COM. and i looked on the complaint board and didnt see any complaints about the website. does anyone know if this website is REALY…… for real/legit?
So, I’ve been using TCA to remove a few tattoos on my arm. Has anyone else used this method and if so did you have success with complete removal? If so how long did it take? I’m on the first peel on a few of mine, they blistered and are now peeling. I’m just looking for an estimate of how many peels it takes since I can only do one every 5-6 weeks.
I tried salabrasion on a smaller tattoo that I was wanting to get rid of, I got some ink out but it’s incredibly sensitive and painful. I did it 5 days ago so it’s still healing. I can’t imagine doing that to my larger ones. The TCA doesn’t hurt much so that would be more ideal. The way it’s supposed to work is by controlled swelling which draws the ink to the surface, after a 3-5 peels it should be gone but I’m not sure if 3 peels would be realistic to hope for. It’s been shown to do complete removal, so please don’t say "laser is the only way", I can’t afford laser and just want to get an idea of when I can get these off completely.
According to the report I read, it said 85% of people experience complete removal or "radical fading". I’m not sure how many treatments that took though. I’m hoping to get complete removal, but if it’s faded a lot I can at least get a better choice of a cover up.
i was wondering if tca worked for tattoo removal. serious answers please, thanks.
HI, i got a tattoo 3 weeks ago that the guy just completely messed up some of the lines just don’t line up and one side of the wing is pointed and the other side is round so there’s really no fixing it, anyways i looked into laser removal and it’s like 1200+ so i started looking into at home methods the ones i see with the best reviews are tat b gone and tattoo off i was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with these and what about that tca treatment anyone ever do that? thanks guys
i already talked to a guy about fixing it and the outline is blue so he said he’d have to do it in black to fix the lines but that would totally change the look of the tattoo, it’s just like jennifer nettle’s and i definetely don’t wanna cover it up i’ve been waiting forever to get it, but he told me if i could just fade it a little then i’d have more options color wise
hi. tell all about it. where to get truck loads of this good s*it? or is it bad? tell about it.no joke thank you
Hi,
I am trying to find something that works to remove a unwanted tattoo on my scalp and arm. I cant afford laser removal so I was wondering if anyone out there has used a TCA peel or anything else to remove a tattoo?
I brought the TCA solution on the Web and diluted it to 50%. I placed it no my tattoo and surrounding skin and left it there for 5-6 minutes. It’s been 2 months already and the area is still pinkish red and prone to tearing. I’ve never had this kind of slow healing time before from anything done to my skin and that includes laser. I don’t know what to do about this. I think my skin has been permanently damaged. The surrounding area is a variation of pickish red with some darker brown spots and other spots are lightened qiuite a bit. I really don’t know what to do at this point. If anybody has any serious advice on the effects of TCA acid, please answer this question.
